Volunteers Needed

Reach Out and Read San Joaquin is a nationally affiliated pediatric literacy program. In clinic waiting rooms, volunteers share the joy of books by reading to children and modeling for parents the pleasures and techniques of reading aloud.

If you are 18 years or older and can spare 1 hour per week, please contact Brenda Condon at (209) 946-2825 or  bcondon@pacific.edu Training is provided.

Be a part of encouraging families in early literacy skills, so children enter school prepared for success in reading.
